Please be aware that during September there will be increased availability due to other program start dates. You can see the most up to date schedule at recreation.utoronto.ca

  • January 17 and 18: No drop-in all day
  • January 18: Drop-in at sports gym ends at 1:55pm
  • January 19: Drop-in at sports gym is adjusted to the following times: 9:00am-10:55am, 1:00pm-1:55pm (women-only)
  • January 22: No drop-in at Goldring
  • February 3: No drop-in at Goldring
  • February 12: No drop-in at Goldring
  • February 14: No drop-in at Field House
  • February 17: No drop-in due to Family Day
  • March 6: No drop-in at Goldring
  • March 7: Drop-in at Field House ends at 9:55am in the morning.
  • March 7 and 14: No Drop-in (including women only) all day at Sports Gym
  • March 10 to 13: No drop-in at Goldring
  • March 15: no drop-in at sports gym
  • March 21: No drop-in at sports gym

Eligibility

Students: Current students paying incidental fees can access this programming at no additional cost. 

Members: Anyone with an active Sport & Rec Membership can access this programming at no additional cost. 


Equipment/ What To Wear
  • Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate athletic attire while joining in drop-in activities. Athletic shoes with non-marking soles are required in all drop-in activity areas
  • Closed-toed, activity-appropriate footwear is required. Please make sure shoes are free of debris before entering the facility
  • Socks, barefoot and back-less shoes will not be allowed at anytime
  • A shirt, tank top or sports bra is required during all drop-in activities
  • Jeans and dress pants are not permitted
  • Sport & Rec staff has final say in determining appropriate clothing
  • Backpacks, outdoor boots, and jackets are not permitted in the Athletic Centre or Goldring Centre gyms and should be left in lockers 
  • A limited number of basketballs will be available for loan at by the Physical Activity Facilitator, but we encourage you to bring your own ball. A valid T-card or membership is required. Lost balls will result in a 50$ charge being added to the account of the individual who rented it.
